RETURN POLICY

No Refunds/Exchanges for International Customers:

Presently we do not accept returns or exchanges from any of our international customers. Please note and be advised that all international sales are final.

Refunds/Exchanges for Local Customers (based only in Pakistan):

We do allow our Local Customers/ Pakistan based customers to exchange the item(s) they have purchased within 2 weeks of any/all such purchase(s) and provided that all such item(s) are returned in their original condition. By agreeing to use this website, its policies and the Exchange Policy offered here in you agree with Tribal Timouri Rugs. shall at all times be vested with the sole and exclusive right to determine if the item you seek to exchange has been returned to Tribal Timouri Rugs. in its original condition.

Please note that any item purchased may only be exchanged with an item having equal value.

In case you wish to exchange any item purchased with an item having greater value, you will at all times remain liable to pay to Tribal Timouri Rugs. any/all differential amount(s) in value(s) as may be specified and informed to you by Tribal Timouri Rugs.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement.

Exchanges/Replacements do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
